Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken (diced)
2 – 8 oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
¾ cup hot pepper sauce
½ cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
½ cup blue cheese dressing
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ t. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 T. shredded pepper Jack cheese

cayenne pepper for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine chicken, cream cheese, hot pepper sauce, ½ cup Pepper Jack cheese, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper in large bowl.
Place mixture in a 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with the 2 T. Pepper Jack cheese.
Bake until lightly browned, 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with cayenne pepper.

Serve with Tostito chips.
